Mr. Roddy is a friendly landlord. His property I stayed in was in a good condition. He did a thorough introduction for me when I arrived at his property. With term and condition explained, along with how to go around his property and the facilities and shops around. As tenants, we are required to keep his property clean. He is explained that he is under the official landlord association of UK and uses a trustworthy body to safeguard his tenant's deposit. When I check-out of his property, i forgot to return the keys. I posted it to Mr. Roddy and he managed to pick it up in the post office and full deposit was returned to me. So it was all good.
I don’t know what to say. Everything is good……….
