2. Meet & Greet Elite service (FREE of Charge) in Newcastle Airport or Train Station or Pick-Up Service (for moving your belongings, if you are already in Newcastle) by the Landlord himself (Landlady herself) and his own private car (Mercedes Benz E-class). Due to high demand, Please inform us as advance as possible of your arrival/move-in date to allow us to plan this service. This is to ensure smooth service process for everyone (including yourself). This service is worth around £200. This service is available on request and subject to availability on “First Come First Served” basis. 
3. Very Low Damage Deposit.
4. No £70 Instalment / Credit Fee.
5. When you are outside the house and about, you can access Free Unlimited WiFi Internet in more than 50 places (Cafes / Bars / Pubs / Restaurants / Social Clubs / Sport Clubs / Hotels / Shops / Bakery Shops, and many others) in Newcastle City Centre. This service is available on request.
6. Storage Service (FREE of Charge). This service is available on request and subject to availability on “First Come First Served” basis. This service is very popular for students who plan to go home/holiday for several weeks/months during summer holiday while their current tenancy contracts have expired and they are due to return in September (to continue their studies) to move-in to one of our student accommodation. This service will allow you to store your belongings in Newcastle (most likely in your booked accommodation/property) while you are away on summer holiday. As storage space is limited resource, there is a limit of 3 boxes per person (anyone who needs more than the 3-boxes-limit must request to the landlord prior to the arrangement and must be approved by the landlord prior to the arrangement). Please have 2 friends to help you in moving your boxes. Please also label every box/luggage with your name and please label it with “Breakable” if there are any breakable goods inside. This storage service is worth around £250 (if you store your belongings in storage company, it would cost you at least £250 to store 3 boxes of 0.5m x 0.5m each box for 3 months duration and to transport & to collect your boxes/belongings).

 

IMPORTANT:

“Balance to Pay before Getting Keys” stated in Pre-Tenancy Agreement must be paid (and clear in Landlord’s bank account) 10 working days before the start date of contract (stated in Pre-Tenancy Agreement) or the date of arrival/move-in (if earlier). Otherwise, keys will not be given on the day of arrival/move-in date. Failure to do so also means that your booking is cancelled and your accommodation will be allocated to somebody else on waiting list.

The following Methods of Payment are accepted:

2. Bank Transfer (preferred)
3. Western Union (preferred)
4. Transfer Wise (preferred)
5. Our Website Payment (Credit/Debit Card fee will be payable by you on top of the required payment) 
6. Paypal (Paypal transfer fee will be payable by you on top of the required payment)
7. Bank’s Draft (NOT Personal Cheque), but this must be arranged 15 working days prior to move-in date. Please ensure the Bank’s Draft submitted can be cashed-in in HSBC Bank or Halifax Bank in the United Kingdom.
