1. Contact us (by Email, WeChat, Facebook, Whatsapp, Text/SMS, Phone) to enquire your chosen room(s) or to make appointment to view your chosen room(s) in person if you are in Newcastle.
2. To proceed to room reservation/booking, Please:
# Complete Booking Form, and
# Make Booking Payment (part of rent. It’s not additional fee) by cash / by bank transfer / online payment in our website to Landlord’s bank account.
3. On receipt of Booking Payment, We (the Landlord) will give (or Email) Pre-Tenancy Agreement to you to acknowledge the receipt of the booking payment and to confirm the booking details.
4. On receipt of the Pre-Tenancy Agreement by Email, you need to sign the Pre-Tenancy Agreement, scan and then email it back to us (the Landlord) If you are not in Newcastle.
